欧州 MDR/IVDRにおける規制遵守責任者 PRRCに関するガイダンス
kanri欧州委員会が出したガイダンス文書、"Guidance on Article 15 of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and in vitro DIagnostic Device Regulation (IVDR) regarding a 'person responsible for regulatory compliance (PRRC)'" では、特に中小企業（ガイダンスではMicro and Small Enterprises）に対する緩和措置も明記されています。
PRRCを外部に持つ場合、ノーティファイドボディや規制当局が求める具体的な要求を待ってから判断が必要かもしれません。
Micro and small manufacturers とは？
Enterprises which employ fewer than 50 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed
EUR 10 million.
従業員 50 人未満及び年間売上、又は総資産が 1,000 万ユーロを超えない製造業者
